F&S Race Fuels To Present Sunoco Race Fuel Vouchers To Riverhead Raceway 2011 Champions At Luncheon by Bob FInan F&S Race Fuels, the Sunoco Race Fuel provider for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series at Riverhead Raceway announced Monday that they will award all seven 2011 champions at the historic quarter mile oval with a Sunoco Race Fuel voucher. The presentation will be made Sunday afternoon January 29th at the Riverhead Raceway Champion's Luncheon at the Senix Creek Inn of Center Moriches. "We want to thank Sandy Bobb along with her son Fred Bobb Jr and Charles Pennington of F&S Race Fuels for this kind gesture" Bob Finan who will host the luncheon on behalf of promoters Barbara & Jim Cromarty noted. Justin Bonsignore (NASCAR Modifieds), Mike Bologna (Late Models), Arne Pedersen (Figure Eights), Chris Turbush (Chargers), Tommy Walkowiak (Blunderbusts), Dave Koenig (Super Pro Trucks) will all receive a Sunoco Race Fuels voucher from F&S worth five gallons of fuel, while Chris A. Young (Legend Race Cars) will be presented a voucher for 3 gallons of Sunoco. Aside from providing the race fuel at Riverhead Raceway for teams that compete at the tested tough oval, F&S continues to present the "Tiger" Tom Baldwin Hard Charger Award by Fred Bobb Sr. weekly in the NASCAR Modified ranks. The late Fred Bobb Sr., just 48 hours after the tragic loss of Tom Baldwin started this award that rewards the driver who improves the most positions from their original starting position in the weekly NASCAR Modified feature. In the final race of 2011 Brad Van Houten won the 5 gallons of Sunoco Race Fuel that is presented to the weekly winner. The 2011 Riverhead Raceway Champions Luncheon will start at 12 noon Sunday January 29th at the Senix Creek Inn on Senix Avenue, south off Montauk Highway in Center Moriches.
